My healing tools and aids

I am sharing all the items I use in my life that help me throughout my day/week and aid my recovery. Everything I use for building up the lower body, ease migraines, aid me in getting around, supplements, teas, books and more. Everything is linked below in the photo gallery.

My recovery is complicated and intense. I will save the backstory for another time, but I am dealing with multiple chronic neurological illnesses, dysautonomia being the main diagnosis along with CFS, Lyme and brain and neck injury on top of it while also getting my viral load down and focusing on a balanced diet of cleansing and nourishing. Right now my focus is getting my neck stabilized with PT at home and at a spine center, movement routine for POTS(postural orthostatic hypotension) and dysautonomia to build up my legs, blood volume, condition the heart and improve heart rate variability. I also work on HRV along with rewiring the brain and neurological system through neuroplasticity and vagal tone exercises. Dnrs(dynamic nuero retraining sustem), EFT tapping, meditations, breathing, visualization, singing, humming, cold exposure, and more. To build up my legs, I do recumbent bike 2x a week and strength training on the floor with exercise bands and ankle weights. I also use the resistance band for my at home PT to stabilize my neck and shoulder blade since I am dealing with cervical instability. I wear compression leggings(I size down) m and socks (all linked below) to help with blood pooling in my lower body and I use compression pants to help with circulation by helping my body to push blood up to my heart and brain almost daily. When my legs are in pain and burning, I use leg ice to sooth them. I follow a healing medical medium, plant based diet and more recently have slowed down the cleansing because it was getting too intense and focusing more on nourishment and building. I will go more into that another time. I take supplements daily including Vimergy’s lemon balm, Zinc, B-12 with adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin, Barley Grass Powder, and DHA EPA. Other supplements I take are vitamin D3, liposomal C, Ashwaganda, Sam E, and calm Mag/calcium. More goes into healing than anyone might realize and I thought it would be beneficial for other to see what I use to help anyone going through what I am or anyone in search of any of these items. I own every item on this list and I approve each of them. I’ve done so much testing and have found the best of the best. The only things on the list that aren’t the exact item are the two wheelchairs as I am not sure my brand so I found some that are similar.
