Romantic Dinner
You want to surprise your loved one with a dinner for two at home, but you’re not sure where to start…that’s where I come in. I think up all of the details and all you have to do is get it all and set it up!
Picture this…a white lace tablecloth overlaying a white linen tablecloth that drapes to the floor. The table is set with white, pink and gold accents; the perfect combination for Valentine’s Day or any occasion because it’s timeless. Pillar candles, an I love you candle, and tapered candlesticks in gold candlestick holders are scattered amongst the table with a strand of twinkle lights running through them. There’s a letter board sign leaning against something heavy behind it to prop it up that has a special message just for your loved one lit up with another strand of twinkle lights around the border of the board. The table is set for two with gold chargers and white plates with a delicate linen white napkin placed on top, silverware neatly placed on the sides of the plates, pink crystal glasses ready to pour the wine or sparkling cider that is sitting on ice in the ice bucket to the side. There’s a vintage speaker OR record player playing your song as they walk in. There are stemless white, pink and red flowers you bought from Trader Joe’s scattered throughout the table with a few petals from those same flowers also kissing the white lace tablecloth. There’s a curtain of twinkle lights on the wall next to the table with a banner that says I love you with hearts. Draped on the chairs are some blankets to put over both your laps to cozy and cuddle up with your favorite person and if your dinner setting is on the floor, you’re both sitting on a beautiful floor cushion. You add a special touch next to the vintage speaker; a moon light to make it extra romantic. You then continue the night with an adventure challenge from the book you got for couples, take a few pictures and print them right there with your portable Polaroid printer so you both can remember this night forever.
