My Top Clean Mascaras
Clean mascara used to be hard to come by. Now, we don’t have that problem! Here is my top 5 favorite clean mascaras, pros and cons and some of my affiliated links to purchase. Thank you for being here!

1. Covergirl Lash Blast Clean Waterproof Mascara in Black

Before I switched to clean beauty, my holy grail for mascara was Covergirl’s Lash Blast Waterproof Mascara in the orange tube because my eyes always water and I cry a lot. I haven’t used Covergirl in years because I found out how toxic the formula was. I’m excited to say, I can finally go back to my tried-and-true because now they have a clean, vegan and cruelty free formula!
Pros:

Waterproof
Wears well through the day
Beautiful Applicator
Cons:
Haven’t found any.
I tried this mascara for the first time yesterday and I’m truly impressed. For years I’ve tried to find a clean mascara that was waterproof and didn’t smudge. I put it to the test yesterday and it held up nicely! Last night I was too tired to take it off and usually when I forget to take off mascara, I look like a raccoon the next day, but this morning I only had slight smudging after sleeping with it on! So, that’s why it’s on my list as #2. I have no affiliation, but would love to! I believe they will be a huge success in the clean beauty world.
I also love the packaging in the pink tube. It has a nostalgic feel to it and makes me feel like I’m using the mascara I used in high school.

The only con is that I wish it gave me a little more volume, but that’s it.
3.Root 100% Lash Natural and Organic Mascara
It’s no secret that Root has always been my favorite. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and now I am proud to be a Model for them. The quality of their mascara is none like I’ve ever seen. If their mascara was waterproof it would be #1 on my list.
Pros:

Doesn’t get hard or crusty through the day
Easy to remove

Not waterproof
Smudges a little bit for me
4. Well People Expressionist Volumizing Mascara
EWG verified product (avoids all EWG ingredients. Better than a 1 ratting! Incredible.)
I love this mascara by Well People. It’s another company that I use in my daily makeup routine.
Pros:

Volumizing
Cruelty Free
Cons:
Not waterproof
5.Ere Perez Avocado Waterproof Mascara
This was the first clean Beauty waterproof mascara I could find for the longest time made with avocado oil.
Pros:
Vegan
Certified Cruelty Free
Passed the waterproof challenge
Encourages lash growth
Moisturizes and nourishes the lashes
Cons:
Dries out faster than I’d like
Not as lengthening as the others
A little pricey
