“Tuna” Salad

When I was a kid and well into adulthood, before I became plant-based, tuna and chicken salad were comfort food for me. I remember my Nana making it for me every time I would go over to her house.

This recipe brings it all back. My Compassionate Kitchen isn’t always recipes I’ve created. I love to give credit where credit is due and share my favorite recipes I have found as well!

I follow THIS RECIPE! However, I personally leave out the Cayenne Pepper and I add Dill, Mustard Seed and Garlic Salt to taste. It’s easy to make, lasts for a couple meals and you can even double the recipe for some meal prep for the week. You can eat it plain, on a bed of organic romain lettuce or in a sandwich with some pickles. It’s absolutely delicious! Enjoy!
